Okanagan road trip for Vincor’s Osoyoos Larose
So, what’s better than a roadtrip to the Okanagan on a perfect Autumn day with Andrew Allen playing on the iPod? A Summer roadtrip? Debatable..Especially during harvest time! Tim and I picked the perfect weekend to visit the Osoyoos Larose vineyard and hang out with winemakers Pascal Madevon and Catherine Scott-Taggart for a website photoshoot, and of course, enjoy a bottle (or two) of Osoyoos Larose.
Located in picturesque Oliver, BC, the winery was developed to bring old French winemaking techniques to the South Okanagan, a newer winemaking region known for its special growing conditions and exquisite natural splendour. And, I might add, if you are ever in the area, visit the Passa Tempo Restaurant + Patio at NK’MIP Spirit Ridge Resort. It was most amazing!
