    Kal Tire is Canada’s largest independent tire dealer with over 230 stores across the country and growing. BRANDFX has been their agency of record since 2005 and is responsible for retail and corporate advertising.

    Approach

    Build the brand on the Kal Tire “True Service” promise with a focus on personal customer friendly service and superior tire knowledge. Kal Tire has the most extensive training programs, largest inventory and the best customer service. Our approach is to position tire purchase as a process that warrants “expert” involvement and care. Consumers are taught that tires are important and that, within their vehicle use patterns, Kal Tire’s knowledge will benefit them in many ways; from choice and safety to fuel economy and wear. TV and radio are used as primary media, supplemented with outdoor and seasonal point-of-sale as well as social media and promotional initiatives.
